The project is located north of Gaoyong Road and west of Jingwei Road in Jingwei New City, Economic Development Zone, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The construction scope includes the site leveling, road and site construction, cofferdam, drainage ditch, cable trench road and site engineering, as well as building construction in the liquefaction unit area of this section (east of Jingsan Road, west of Jingqi Road, south of Weiwu Road, and north of Weiba Road).
This project is a major livelihood project in Shaanxi Province to ensure gas supply to Xi'an under the dual carbon background. After the completion of the project, the natural gas liquefaction processing capacity can reach 300000 cubic meters per day, the peak shaving processing capacity can reach 21 million cubic meters per day, and the storage capacity can reach 150 million cubic meters. It will play a peak shaving role in increasing the urgent need for winter gas in Xi'an and greatly alleviate the shortage of winter heating gas in Xi'an, providing important support for the emergency supply of natural gas in the province and city.
This will play an important role in achieving the "dual carbon" goals and reducing pollution and haze in the Fenwei Plain, contributing to the high-quality development and energy security guarantee of Shaanxi Province.
